Specific Duties

• Responsible for checking vendor invoices with PO’s
• Responsible for daily, weekly, and monthly check runs
• Handle vendor inquiries
• Make necessary reference calls for credit requirements by vendor
• Backup of accounts receivable functions
• Assists with the job closing process
