Job DescriptionThe Accounts Payable Reconciliation Specialist supports the University’s Small Purchase Charge Card (SPCC), Air Travel Charge Card, Individual Liability, Fuel Card programs, and travel operations. This role audits and approves card reconciliations, ensures compliance with university/state guidelines, serves as backup for program administration, assists in travel expense reporting, and provides outstanding customer support. |
Required Qualifications•High school diploma or equivalent. |
