Job Description
Ancira Eagle Pass Ford Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram is seeking an experienced Accounts Payable/Receivable Representative to join this team of people-pleasing, car-loving enthusiasts!
Pay: $14/hour
Schedule: MONDAY THROUGH FRIDAY / 4 HOURS PER DAY / 20 hours per week
Responsibilities
- Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions accurately and timely
- Handle cash receipts, deposits, and reconciliation
- Maintain organized and accurate financial records
- Enter and manage data within dealership accounting systems
- Assist with month-end and daily accounting procedures
- Communicate effectively with internal departments and external vendors
- Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards
- Meet deadlines consistently while managing multiple priorities
Qualifications
- Automotive dealership accounting experience required
- Minimum1 year of dealership experience
- Minimum 1 year of accounts payable experience
- Accounts Payable/Receivable experience required
- Cash handling and bank deposit experience
- CDK experience a plus
- Basic to intermediate proficiency in Excel and Word
- Strong computer literacy
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Proactive approach to job responsibilities
- Strong attention to detail and follow-up skills
- Professional appearance and demeanor
- Clear writing and grammar skills
- Stable work history with verifiable references
- Must be legally eligible to work in the United States
- Subject to background check, MVR, and drug testing
