Key Responsibilities

Perform a variety of accounts payable duties including: entering receivable documents into accounting system. Analyzing and correcting discrepancies between purchase orders, delivery receipts, and invoices. Enter invoices into accounting system. Assist vendors with inquiries. Prepare all invoices for weekly payment. Assist in monthly closing and prepare analysis of accounts as required. Scan and file reports for record retention. Personal attendance record should remain in compliance with company guidelines. Must be able to wear required PPE. Able to work overtime as assigned.

What We Need From You:

Solid understanding of basic bookkeeping and accounting principles. Proficient in 10-key and spreadsheets. Good problem-solving skills. High degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
