Accounts Payable/Data Entry Specialist - PART TIME

A leading Charleston boutique hotel company is looking for a Part-Time Accounts Payable/Data Entry Specialist to assist with invoice processing and payments. Job Duties:

• Verify all invoices and communicate with department managers to solve any discrepancies.
• Enter all invoice data in accounting software and process payments.
• Scan and index a high volume of invoices and documents into the company database.
• Assist with other projects as needed.

The ideal candidate will possess:

• Prior accounts payable or receivable experience
• High proficiency with Microsoft Office products - especially Excel
• Prior experience with Sage Accounting software a plus
• Highly organized and possess a high level of attention to detail
• Able to work as a team with a fluid result
• Must be available to work Tuesdays and one other day of the week.
