Job Description

The Accounts Payable Coordinator role at Ocean State Job Lot (“OSJL” and “Company”) supports the Accounts Payable department by reconciling vendor and Company statements in compliance with financial policies. This role performs a variety of analyses to ensure that financial transactions are completed accurately and recorded appropriately.

Work Environment

Works primarily in a climate controlled environment with minimal safety and health hazard potential. Hybrid work option: Some work may be completed outside of the Company locations, with at least three (3) days a week in the Corporate Office. The role is responsible for setting up a professional and ergonomically safe work environment and to be available during working hours. The hourly pay range for this position is $21.00 - $23.00 per hour. Salary commensurates with years of experience. This job description does not list all the duties of the job.
