About the Position

As an Accounts Payable Clerk, you will play a vital role in supporting the day-to-day financial operations of the organization, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and strong financial controls across accounts payable and related processes. Your duties include maintaining precise data, supporting both internal and external customers and clients, and upholding all ethical, organizational, and social responsibility standards. Your contribution is key to ensuring the organization runs smoothly and that financial and customer requirements are fulfilled promptly and accurately. This position reports to the C.E.O. and works closely with the Senior Accountant and Finance Consultant to ensure accurate and compliant financial processes.

We are looking for candidates with proven experience in data and financial entry who can perform effectively under high-stress conditions. Strong interpersonal skills are crucial, as the role involves working with businesses, staff, volunteers, community partners, and other stakeholders.
