Key Responsibilities
- Manage and process vendor invoices accurately and timely
- Reconcile accounts payable transactions and prepare payment schedules
- Maintain organized records of all financial documents
- Maintain our corporate credit cards, including vendor auto-payments and related invoice entry, and month-end reconciliation efforts
- Handle AP related emails/mail received electronically or via USPS at office
- Communicate professionally with vendors and internal teams
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work Monday to Friday on-site with an 8-hour shift
- Motivated to learn and contribute to a fast-paced team environment
