DN Solutions America is seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Accounts Payable (AP) Clerk or AP Specialist to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the company’s accounts payable processes, ensuring timely and accurate processing of invoices, and maintaining strong vendor relationships.

•    Process vendor invoices accurately and in a timely manner 
•    Verify invoice details, approvals, and supporting documentation 
•    Match purchase orders, receipts, and invoices (3-way matching) 
•    Prepare and process payments (checks, ACH, wire transfers) 
•    Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies 
•    Maintain organized and accurate AP records 
•    Assist with month-end closing activities related to AP 
•    Communicate with vendors and internal departments regarding payment inquiries 
•    Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards 

•    Prior experience as an AP Clerk or in accounts payable is preferred 
•    Experience with accounting software (such as SAP or similar systems) is preferred 
•    Strong attention to detail and organizational skills 
•    Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines 
•    Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other MS Office applications 
•    Strong communication and problem-solving skills 

Preferred Skills

•    Experience working in a fast-paced, multinational environment 
•    Familiarity with ERP systems and automated AP processes
