What you’ll be doing

• Apply and post customer payments accurately and timely
• Process credit card payments, check deposits, and remote deposits
• Calculate and initiate group payments to corporate accounts
• Maintain accurate customer records and documentation
• Communicate with customers to ensure a positive experience and resolve inquiries quickly
• Create and maintain organized files, procedures, and documentation in line with company policies
• Support special projects, including audits and tax-related requests

What we’re looking for

• 6+ months of accounting experience or a relevant degree
• Strong attention to detail with a high level of accuracy
• Solid written and verbal communication skills
• Strong math and problem-solving abilities
• A team player with a proactive, can-do attitude
