Accounts Payable Analyst III - SSC

Summary

The Accounts Payable Analyst III will be responsible accomplishing organization goals by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments. Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities

Review/resolve Kofax Staging Header invoice discrepancies Work with Stores and Purchasing to resolve invoice discrepancies Review all invoices for appropriate documentation and approval prior to payment Prioritize invoices according to cash discount potential and payment terms Process manual invoices Understanding payment terms /other charges Understanding Coding (GL accounts)/Sales Tax

Expenses Supplies Trade/Inventory

Respond to vendor inquiries Reconcile Vendor statements Reconcile Received Not Invoice report Maintain efficient and organized files and documentation in accordance to company policy and accepted accounting practices Scanning, copying and filing Assist with other projects as needed

Four years full-cycle Accounts Payable

Thorough knowledge of applicable accounting systems and financial chart of accounts MS Excel, strong 10 key by touch Ability to work independently in a fast-paced and high volume environment with emphasis on accuracy and timeliness

Pay Rate: $26.50
