Basic Job Functions:
The primary responsibility of the Accounts Payable Administrator is to accurately process all incoming invoices and payments in a timely manner. Additional responsibilities include interacting with the public in a professional and courteous manner and answering and directing incoming telephone calls. This includes but is not limited to weekly accounts payables, various weekly, monthly, and quarterly vendor reports, bank reports/reconciliations and Finance/Corporate reports. This person will also be responsible for backing up other Finance positions.

Minimum Qualifications:
High School Diploma or equivalent
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word
Preferred Qualifications:
A degree in Business, Accounting or related field
SAP Experience
A minimum of two years of experience in AP
