Work Environment

Please note this role will work in a hybrid environment. The successful candidate will be working a mixture of on-site and off-site work to meet the needs of our organization. Currently, employees are expected to have an in-person presence for at least 40% of their work time at 1800 Alta Vista Drive, Ottawa, Ontario.

About the Role

Canadian Blood Services is looking for a Temporary Full-time Accounts Payable Administrator to join our dynamic Financial Reporting & Services team. The Financial Reporting & Services team delivers accurate financial reporting, oversees efficient payment processes, and manages funds to support strategic decisions and operational effectiveness. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and processing a large volume of invoices in a timely manner using SAP & Tungsten (Kofax).

This role will work in a hybrid environment with requirements to be onsite at 1800 Alta Vista Drive, Ottawa, Ontario 40% of the time/ 2 days of the week. Occasional travel may be required for team meetings and events.
