Qualifications
Primary duties will consist of but not limited to:

Checks all vouchers and obtains appropriate payment approval.

Prepares accounts payable checks.

Posts all open items in accounts payable on a daily basis.

Prints all accounts payable reports and maintains all accounts payable files.

Reconciles statement and the ledger making sure that payments are consistent with dealership schedules.

Communicates cash requirements for payable dates to the office manager.

Analyzes vendor accounts and answers vendor inquiries.

Assists in monthly closings.

Prepares analysis of accounts, as required.

Creates new charge accounts and oversees collection of past due accounts

Responsible for the accurate and timely ordering of all office supplies for the dealership. Ensure compliance with the budget in regards to office supply purchases.

Assist as required in other parts of the office, reception and/or cashier areas.

Monitor, inspect, track and prepare paperwork, as required.

Know and understand the federal, state and local regulations that affect accounting and personnel areas.

Assure customer satisfaction in number one priority at all times.

Print monthly statements and send out.

Run Credit Card payments from the phone.

Write daily check requests approved by management.

Auction accounting posting.

Reconcile Corporate credit card accounts receivable statements.

Receipt all incoming checks from charge customers (post the money).

Maintains a professional appearance and a neat work area.
Education and/or Experience:
-
Associate's degree (A. A.) or equivalent from two-year College or technical school; or one year related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Qualifications and Requirements:

Current, valid Drivers License with driving record that meets insurance company standards

Willing to submit and the ability to pass a pre-employment background check

Excellent communications skills, both verbal and written

Good working relations with customers by providing courteous, efficient and professional service
