Job Summary<\/h3>

Provide accurate bookkeeping and accounting support to maintain financial records and assist with month -end and year -end processes. Prepare and organize financial documentation to support reporting, audits, and operational needs.<\/p>

Main Duties<\/h3>

• Maintain general ledger entries and perform regular bank and account reconciliations.<\/li>
• Process accounts payable and accounts receivable, including invoicing, payment processing, and collections follow -up.<\/li>
• Prepare payroll calculations, remittances, and maintain payroll records as required.<\/li>
• Compile data and assist in preparing financial statements, management reports, and budget schedules.<\/li>
• Support tax preparation and regulatory compliance by preparing schedules and gathering required documentation.<\/li>
• Assist with internal and external audits and implement accounting procedures and internal controls.<\/li><\/ul>

  Requirements<\/h3>

  • Diploma or certificate in accounting, bookkeeping, or a related field.<\/li>
  • Minimum one year of practical bookkeeping or accounting technician experience.<\/li>
  • Proficiency with computerized accounting software and spreadsheet applications.<\/li>
  • Working knowledge of bookkeeping principles, standard accounting practices, and month -end procedures.<\/li>
  • Strong attention to detail, numerical accuracy, and ability to meet deadlines.<\/li>
