TERMS OF EMPLOYMENT:

Length of position: year-round, 12 months per year

Hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

GENERAL DESCRIPTION

Performs routine (journey-level) administrative support work for the Accounting Department, as well as entry level accounting work for the agency. Work involves maintaining records, filing systems, documents or reports, disseminating information and performing courier duties. Process entry of data in various systems contingent on accounting experience. Works under moderate supervision, with limited latitude for the use of initiative and independent judgment.
