Accounting Technician

Job Title: Accounting Technician <\/div>Employer: AG National Motors Ltd<\/div>Locations: Unit 1, Larkin's Cross, Parteen, Co. Clare, V94 920N / GORMLEE, CARRIGNAVAR, CO. CORK, T34 AX52<\/div>Salary: €37,544 p.a.<\/div>Hours: 40 hrs/w<\/div><\/div>Responsibilities:<\/div>•Preparing and reviewing multiple VAT, Tax, and other tax returns.<\/div>•Processing data using accounting packages.<\/div>•Prepare accounts up to trial balance stage.<\/div>•Preparing Accounts (management/year -end).<\/div>•Communicate directly with suppliers to ensure information/products received and deadlines are met.<\/div>•Maintains profit and loss accounts, budgets, cash flow forecasts and other accounting records.<\/div>•Preparations of different types of accounting reports.<\/div>•Ensures invoices and payments are correct and sent out on time.<\/div>•Assist with payslips and employee account management.<\/div><\/div>Requirements:<\/div>•Accounting Technician or related degree preferable (or coursing).<\/div>•Previous experience (preferably).<\/div>•Knowledge of accounting packages.<\/div>•Good interpersonal and communication skills.<\/div>•Experience in working in a fast -paced environment and the ability to meet tight deadlines.<\/div><\/span>
