Accounting Support

Creation Village World School is seeking a responsible, detail-oriented, and proactive Part-Time Accountant to provide remote support to our Finance Team for approximately 6–8 hours per week.

Key Responsibilities

• Process accounts receivable and support tuition collection activities
• Monitor outstanding balances and professionally follow up on overdue invoices
• Code, review, and process expenses through Bill.com as needed
• Reconcile financial transactions and assist with maintaining accurate financial records as needed
• Support the Finance Team with general accounting, reporting, and administrative tasks as needed

The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, excellent organizational and communication skills, and experience with accounting or bookkeeping systems. Experience in a school, nonprofit, or tuition-based organization is preferred.
