Position Overview

M State is accepting applications for an Operations Accounting Manager. This position is located on the Moorhead campus.

The position exists to plan, direct, and manage various aspects of financial management.  Areas of responsibility are broad and include auxiliary operations finance and management, accounting functions, financial reporting, audit, security reporting, collection receivables, chart of accounts maintenance/set up and imprest cash management, and budget management for all general fund activities.  In the absence of the Executive Director of Finance and Budget, this person would be the primary contact for Business Services related questions. 

Customer Service.

On a daily basis, live the mission, vision and values of M State to ensure a positive experience for all students and stakeholders. Service to M State students and stakeholders is a core component of the position and work responsibilities.

Exercise supervisory authority and fiscal management for auxiliary services.

Enterprise, Workforce Development, General Fund Accounting and Grant Accounting.

Reporting and Financial Statement Preparation.

Support for campus and college operations.

This is the correct salary range for this position, disregard the full range listed by this website: $31.08 - $45.01 per hour or $64,895- $93,981 annually.
