Senior Accountant / Accounting Supervisor

We're looking for an experienced Senior Accountant / Accounting Supervisor to lead our accounting team, improve processes, and support the continued growth of our business.

• Lead the daily operations of the Accounting Department, including Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and Billing.
• Supervise, mentor, and develop the accounting team.
• Prepare and review account reconciliations and General Ledger activity.
• Assist the Controller with month-end and year-end close activities.
• Support external audits and maintain strong internal controls.
• Develop and improve accounting processes, workflows, and standard operating procedures.
• Identify opportunities to increase efficiency through automation and process improvements.

What You'll Bring

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred.
• 7+ years of progressive accounting experience.
• Previous accounting leadership or supervisory experience preferred.
• Manufacturing or distribution accounting experience strongly preferred.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including PivotTables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, and data analysis.
• Experience working with ERP systems (Sage experience is a plus).
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• A continuous improvement mindset with a passion for making processes more efficient.
