Admin Assistant – Accounting 

Summer Position | 20+ Hours/Week

We’re looking for Admin Assistant -Accounting who’s organized, detail-oriented, eager to learn, and ready to jump in wherever needed. Whether you’re exploring a future in accounting, administration, or business, this role will give you hands-on experience and exposure to a great company with room to grow. If you’ve got the attitude and the drive, there may even be opportunities for this role to expand based on your skills and availability. 

What You’ll Be Doing: 

• Posting credit card transactions 

• Receiving and processing payments 

• Entering accounts payable invoices 

• Assisting with monthly accounts payable runs 

• Creating sales invoices 

• Scanning, filing, and organizing documents 

• Supporting the accounting and head office team with day-to-day administrative tasks

• A high comfort level using computers and learning new systems 

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy 

• A positive attitude and willingness to help wherever needed 

• Someone who learns quickly and takes initiative 

• Strong organizational and time management skills 

• Reliability and consistency: your team can count on you 

• Previous office, administration, or accounting experience is an asset, but not required
