Job Title: Accounting Specialist
Location: Onsite - San Diego, CA 92130
About the Role:
Full-time Accounting Specialist position is open in our Accounting Department. Seeking motivated individual for high volume, fast-paced law firm. The Accounting Specialist team member will be primarily responsible for Accounts Payable duties.
Key Responsibilities:

Process case-related vendor invoices & reconcile with statements
Assist with daily check requests
E-billing (1-2 Clients) & appeals
Other special projects as assigned

Qualifications:

2-5+ years of Accounts Payable experience, (law firm preferred)
2+ years using accounting software, (knowledge of Juris & Filevine or similar law firm software is a plus)
Strong Microsoft Excel proficiency
Strong attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy
Ability to handle sensitive information with a high level of confidentiality required
Ability to work effectively and efficiently
Strong work ethic, integrity and organizational skills
Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal skills
High School Diploma required

Compensation & Benefits:

$26.44-34.85/hour, commensurate with experience.
