What we are looking for:
indiGO Auto Group is seeking a full-time Accounting Specialistto join our growing team based in Southern California This is a great opportunity to work for an exciting company in a fast-paced environment, with an abundance of growth opportunities for our most talented team members.

Here is what an ordinary day of work may look like:
- Process Daily New & Used Inventory transactions
- Stock in All Vehicle Units into Accounting system
- Collect all needed paperwork to be compliant at time of stock in based on checklist
- Maintain all inventory files. Ensure property documents and titles are received on all units
- Process Daily Wholesale and Dealer Trade Transactions
- Process check request for purchase units and needed payoff on units if due
- Perform Schedule Maintenance on Inventory to ensure accuracy of data
- Call weekly on titles needed on payoff and pending issues. Follow-up of pending items very important
- Perform Daily Reconciliation of Parts and Service credit card and cash deposits
- Review parts and service schedules to ensure all items closed are researched and cleared daily
- Process daily general deposit. Write receipts and ensure accuracy of deposit entries at bank and general ledger
This opportunity is for you if you have:
- Minimum of 5 years� experience in the automotive industry
- Tekion and/or CDK, DMS, and strong Microsoft Excel skills are required
- High degree of professionalism
- Strong sense of pride in work product and a demonstrated willingness to go the extra mile
- Strong attention to detail in composing, typing and proofing materials, establishing priorities and meeting deadlines
- Strong interpersonal (verbal and written) communication skills, team player
- Ability to communicate with various levels of management
- Organizational, multi-tasking, and prioritizing skills
- Willing to submit to a drug test and criminal background check
Pay range for this role is: $25.00-$27.00 per hour
