Duties
- Manage the Checkbook Register including accounts payable, and accounts receivable.
- Prepare all data to send over to outside CPA for Month End.
- Perform daily reconciliation to ensure all transactions are accurately recorded.
- Reconcile bank statements, credit card accounts, and other balance sheet accounts regularly to maintain accurate financial records.
- Prepare check run for AP for CEO to sign.
- Prepare Payroll for review.
- Prepare checklist for month end to send to outside CPA.
- Utilize accounting software such as QuickBooks Online (QBO) for AP/AR only.
- Perform detailed account reconciliation tasks in checkbook register to identify discrepancies or errors promptly.
- Other admin duties as assigned.
- Proven experience as an Accounting Specialist in AP/AR dept, or in bookkeeping role.
- Ability to learn and understand ERP and QBO systems.
- Strong understanding AP/AR and Banking Reconciliations.
- Demonstrated ability in bank reconciliation, account reconciliation management.
