Accounting Specialist

Salary Range: $23.78 - $29.65/hr 

All Star Healthcare Solutions is expanding our high‑performing Accounting team and seeking a detail‑driven Workforce Accounting Specialist  to support accurate billing, strengthen financial operations, and contribute directly to our company’s growth. What You Will Do

As a Workforce Accounting Specialist, you will play a key role in ensuring accurate and timely VMS client invoicing. Your work directly impacts cash flow, days sales outstanding (DSO), and overall company profitability. In this role, you will:

• Translate and process accurate VMS client invoices by applying billing terms, contract rules, and tax guidelines.
• Serve as a liaison between Billing and third‑party vendors, delivering accurate invoices and maintaining strong customer satisfaction.
• Research and resolve billing concerns stemming from client audits or internal inquiries to support cross‑department collaboration.
• Assist the Accounts Receivable team with non‑payment issues and generate invoices as needed.
• Maintain reports, documentation, and files within the company’s accounting system.
• Other duties as assigned.

Education & Experience
