Job Description:

We are one of the fastest growing companies in Orlando, and we are seeking a detailed oriented Accounting Specialist to join our team!
Responsibilities:
• Accounts Payable: Reviewing, coding, and processing vendor invoices and employee expense reports
• Accounts Receivable: Generating invoices, tracking incoming payments, and recording deposits
• Financial Reporting: Assisting in the preparation of month-end and year-end close reports
• Account Reconciliations: Matching bank statements, credit card transactions, and vendor ledgers to the general ledger
• Prepare 1099 reports and submit tax filings as needed
• Documentation: Gathering and organizing receipts, invoices, and journal entries for internal or external audits
Policy Enforcement: Ensuring financial processes comply with company internal controls and regulatory standards
Qualification Requirements:
• 1-3 years of relevant Accounting experience OR Bachelor’s degree in Accounting/Finance
• Proficient knowledge of Adobe and Microsoft Office Applications, including Excel and Word
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to work independently on assigned duties
• Demonstrates an ability to manage a variety of priorities while meeting deadlines
