- Record daily financial transactions, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger entries, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards.
- Reconcile bank statements, credit card accounts, and other financial records on a regular basis.
- Assist in the preparation of monthly financial reports, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
- Maintain accurate records of financial data and ensure all documentation is properly filed and accessible.
- Assist in the preparation of budgets and forecasts as needed.
- Monitor and follow up on outstanding accounts receivable to ensure timely collection.
- Support the annual audit process by providing necessary documentation and responding to inquiries from auditors.
- Stay current on accounting regulations and best practices to ensure compliance.
- Perform other accounting and administrative duties as assigned.

- Provides quality customer service to staff, patients, and visitors at all times.
Education:
- High school diploma.
- Associates in accounting preferred.
- Minimum of 1 year experience in an Accounting or related role.

- Able to enter accurate financial /numerical data.
- Analytical and critical problem-solving skills
- Basic knowledge of MS Office Word and Excel, Sage, or other accounting software

- Ability to apply discretion and be trusted with confidential company information.
This is a full-time position in a medical office environment. Requires working occasional evening and weekend hours. Occasional stress due to high work volume, deadlines, and multiple assignments. BENEFITS
