Job Description:

The Client Advisory Services Senior Manager provides Outsourced Controller services, and manages special projects, possesses problem solving capabilities, and is a primary point of contact with clients. Proficiency in this role requires a focus on quality and efficiency in the review and release of recurring projects, assisting clients with strategic management decision making while maintaining the overall client relationship and firm’s knowledge of the client, and collaborating with Tax and Assurance divisions to ensure clients meet financial goals while considering the tax strategy implications of strategic decisions when preparing financials. 

Responsibilities:

• Assists with problem solving and coaches      on quality and efficiency. 
• Sets expectations and team goals and communicates feedback effectively.
• Regularly looks for ways to improve our process and communicates those ideas proactively.
• Assist team members in creating career development plans that align with their goals and CCK Strategies’ needs. 
• Project oversight and team workload management to ensure an even distribution of projects. 
• Understand client goals and      challenges, offering strategic advice and recommendations that align with      their business objectives.
• Regularly check in with clients to gauge satisfaction, address concerns, and offer proactive solutions.
• Analyze financial reports and develop customized KPIs and metrics that align with the specific goals and      objectives of each client.  
• All other job responsibilities as assigned. 

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: 

• Exceptional communication skills, verbal and written. 
• Customer service focus, for both internal and external stakeholders.
• Strong leadership and management skills.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think      strategically.
• Ability to manage and prioritize multiple clients and projects      simultaneously.
• Experience      and technologically proficient with a variety of accounting software      packages (ex - QuickBooks, SAP, NetSuite, Xero, SAGE Intact, Dynamics,      Great Plains, Acumatica) and technology solutions is preferred.
• Strong understanding of Generally      Accepted Accounting Principles. 

Qualifications:

· Bachelor’s degree in accounting or another related subject area

· Minimum of 7 years of related experience

· CPA or CPA eligible
