Accounting Senior

We are currently looking for a high-energy, ethical, and motivated Accounting Senior to contribute to our growing and inspired team.*

Responsibilities for Accounting Senior:

• Has mastered all criteria of Accounting Staff
• Able to communicate detail requests to clients
• Trains new staff on processes, procedures and methodology
• Begins selling new services to existing clients
• Works to improve relationships with existing clients
• Provides suggestions on ways to improve the Firm
• Networks in the community
• Begins to review accounting work prior to advancement

Requirements for Accounting Senior:

• 3+ years’ experience (preferred)
• Bachelor’s degree in accounting required
• CPA (or working towards CPA)
• Hardworking and positive attitude
• Ability and willingness to learn
• Adaptable, assertive, and takes initiative
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Desire to grow within the firm
