With a reputation built on integrity, customer service, and long-term employee success, we are seeking an experienced Accounting Office Manager to join our Champaign leadership team.

What You'll Do
- Lead and manage the daily operations of the dealership accounting office
- Supervise, train, and support accounting staff
- Oversee month-end and year-end closing processes
- Review and reconcile general ledger accounts and financial schedules
- Ensure timely and accurate processing of accounts payable and accounts receivable
- Oversee vehicle deal posting, funding, and reconciliation
- Assist with payroll processing and employee record maintenance as needed
- Prepare and analyze financial reports for dealership and corporate leadership
- Maintain compliance with internal controls, manufacturer requirements, and company policies
- Partner with department managers to improve processes and resolve discrepancies
- Assist with audits and financial reporting requirements
Qualifications
- Automotive dealership accounting experience is required
- Previous management or supervisory experience preferred
- Strong understanding of dealership accounting procedures and financial reporting
- Experience with CDK, Reynolds & Reynolds, or similar dealership management systems preferred
- Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Effective communication and leadership abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
