SUMMARY

Manages and oversees all accounts payable functions for an eight-dealership automotive group, a 65-store convenience store chain, and a fuel freight business. Ensures timely and accurate processing of vendor invoices, reconciliations, and payments; maintains strong internal controls; supervises accounts payable staff; and supports business management with cash flow planning, reporting, and compliance.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE

• Associate or bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or related field preferred.

• 3–5 years of accounts payable experience.

• Supervisory or lead experience preferred.

LANGUAGE SKILLS

Ability to read, analyze, and interpret financial documents; write professional correspondence; and present information effectively to management, vendors, and staff.

MATHEMATICAL SKILLS

Ability to calculate figures such as discounts, interest, and percentages and apply accounting principles.

REASONING ABILITY

Ability to solve practical problems involving multiple variables.
