What You Will Be Doing
- Financial reporting & Process improvement
- Cash Flow & Capital Management
- Managing a team of accountants
- Audit, Compliance & Support
What You Need for this Position
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- 6–8+ years of progressive accounting experience
- 2–4+ years of experience leading or supervising accounting staff
- Experience in a project-based or service-based environment preferred
- Experience with multi-entity / multi-subsidiary accounting environments, including coordination with international teams or third-party providers
- CPA preferred but not required
