The Accounting Manager, Beauty supports the CFO in overseeing daily accounting operations across multiple PCA entities. This role ensures accurate financial reporting, compliance, and operational financial discipline while managing a small accounting team and partnering with warehouse leadership.

This position is ideal for a hands-on accounting professional who thrives in a high-volume distribution and inventory-driven environment and is ready to grow into a future Controller-level role. This role operates in a warehouse-adjacent office environment where safety, environmental, and operational considerations require consistent attention.

This is an in-house role, working Monday - Friday 9am-6pm (Ronkonkoma, NY)
