The Kostelic Agency has exclusively partnered with a growing, multi-state specialty construction contractor to identify a hands-on Accounting Manager for its Phoenix operations.

The company’s growth is creating opportunity: revenue increased from approximately $270M last year to roughly $370M following recent acquisitions. Another acquisition under consideration could bring combined revenue to approximately $570M if completed.

For an existing Accounting Manager or a Senior Accountant ready to broaden their responsibilities, this offers exposure across the accounting cycle, access to accounting leadership, and a potential path toward Divisional Controller.
