Position Summary:   

​​The Accounting Manager will be a hands-on leader responsible for driving a disciplined monthly close process while supporting audit readiness and financial accuracy. This role is ideal for a scrappy, operationally minded accountant who is comfortable operating in a ‑fast-moving‑ public company environment. You will work closely with Finance leadership to strengthen internal controls, streamline reporting, and elevate the accounting function as the company continues to scale. ​

Essential Duties:

• ​​Lead and drive the month end close across business channels, ensuring accuracy and timeliness. 

• ​Review journal entries, reconciliations, and supporting schedules prepared by staff. 

• ​Support external audit efforts and maintain audit ready documentation. 

• ​Partner with Treasury and AR/AP teams to improve visibility into cash and working capital. 

• ​Identify process improvements that reduce manual work and strengthen financial controls. 

• ​Provide coaching and leadership to the team. ​

Minimum Qualifications:

• ​​Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance. 

• ​5+ years of progressive accounting experience, preferably in a public or high growth environment. 

• ​Strong understanding of GAAP and financial statement structure. 

• ​Experience leading or supporting audits and month end close cycles. 

• ​Ability to thrive in an evolving environment with changing priorities. ​

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk or hear. Regular periods of sitting or standing may be required by this position. In addition, this position requires the ability to occasionally lift office products and supplies, up to 50 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision and ability to adjust focus.
