Job Description
Job Title: Accounting Manager
Location: Hybrid
Duration: 6 months
Job/Role Description:
- Work independently during the discovery phase of projects, including reviewing existing documentation, performing walkthroughs with impacted teams, and making accounting assessments.
- Lead and assist in the development, testing, and implementation of project requirements.
- Collaborate with several teams across the organization on enterprise-wide initiatives.
- Facilitate consistent use of the Agile methodology for delivering projects.
- Present recommendations to the broader team.
- Maintain effectiveness in a constantly changing environment.
- Apply integrative thinking to complex situations, identify issues, and propose solutions.
- Demonstrate analytical skills and the ability to integrate information from different sources to solve problems and improve processes.
- Leverage past accounting experience to integrate new business into the company.
