- Manage general ledger and trial balance
- Manage daily/weekly reports, calendars, journal entries, and account reconciliations
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations including quarterly and year end reporting
- Track, manage, and forecast budgets for all revenue and expense categories
- Manage banking operations for daily business activities
- Oversee dedicated merchandise and operations accounts
- Coordinate ticket sales settlements with AMP Box Office and RICCA
- Manage settlements for P-Bruins, group sales, and PSE Sales
- Oversee annual suite agreements and reconciliations
- Oversee purchasing for team store and online shop inventory
- Oversee procurement of theme jerseys and promotional materials
- Coordinate and manage hockey-related expenses including transportation (bus/flights/shipping), hotel accommodations, and per diem
- Track and reconcile fixed hockey operations expenses Ticket Sales & Marketing Expenses
- Coordinate and manage expense budgets for sales, marketing, and hockey operations departments
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting
- 2+ years experience in the field of Accounting
- Proficiency with standard accounting software
- Ability to produce comprehensive financial reports and dashboards covering all revenue and expense lines using applicable programs
- Strong interpersonal skills to facilitate collaborative communication with colleagues and management
