Position Overview: The Accounting Manager, CPA oversees the full scope of the organization’s financial leadership, including budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and ongoing analysis of key performance metrics. This role ensures accurate accounting operations, strong internal controls, compliance with regulatory requirements, and effective cash‑flow and risk management. This individual also leads the finance and accounting team while optimizing systems, processes, and technology to support operational efficiency and business insights.
