POSITION TITLE: Accounting Manager

REPORTS TO: Finance Director

LOCATION:  This position is Oregon-based. Currently, most staff work virtually from home; however, they are required to occasionally attend in-person meetings at our offices in Kiln Coworking Space, located at 1120 SE Madison Street, Portland, OR 97214. Employees may use the office space if desired. OCJ's standard work schedule is between 8 AM and 5 PM Pacific, with flexibility possible. Willingness and ability to occasionally work evenings and/or weekends are required. 

SALARY RANGE:  $80,000 - $105,000

ABOUT THE ROLE: 

The Oregon Consumer Justice (OCJ) Accounting Manager is a key member of the finance and administration team, providing comprehensive administrative support to the Finance Director and ensuring the accuracy, timeliness, compliance, and smooth day-to-day operation of accounting activities. In addition to serving as OCJ’s primary bookkeeper, the Accounting Manager will assist with payroll and benefits administration and general office support.
