Monte Sano Research Corporation is seeking an Accounting Manager who believes in our mission and aligns with our values. Our Accounting manager is responsible for ensuring that our company culture propagates through everything that Accounting governs at MSRC. This includes the mentorship of other Accounting personnel and personal integration into our corporate team.

Job Overview: 

The Accounting Manager is responsible to oversee the daily operations of the Accounting department for MSRC. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in government contract accounting and a deep understanding of Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR), Cost Accounting Standards (CAS), DCAA audit requirements, and DFARS compliance. In addition, promoting corporate values and shaping a positive culture is a vital aspect of the Accounting Manager.
