Article Student Living is hiring a Senior Analyst, Real Estate Tax responsible for gathering, reconciling, and analyzing financial data across multiple U.S. and state entities to support the company's tax compliance and reporting processes. The individual will lead the tax compliance process for the entire Article organization including property, fund, and corporate for federal & state taxes. You will report to the Managing Director, Finance & Accounting. You will work on-site at our Chicago, IL office Monday–Thursday and from home on Fridays. The salary range for this role is $110K - $120K, plus an annual bonus.
