Accounting Manager

Accounting Manager Manufacturing Environment | Leadership Opportunity We’re looking for an experienced Accounting Manager to lead our accounting operations and help drive financial performance in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This role is ideal for a hands-on leader who enjoys problem-solving, process improvement, and partnering with teams across the business.

What You’ll Do

Lead daily accounting operations including AP, AR, General Ledger, Cost Accounting, and Financial Reporting

Manage monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes

Prepare and analyze financial statements, budgets, forecasts, and variance reports

Partner with leadership to improve financial performance and control costs

Support inventory accounting, audits, capital projects, and customer pricing analysis

Develop and improve accounting processes, SOPs, and workflows

Lead and mentor a small accounting team

What You Bring

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field

10+ years of accounting experience with 5+ years in leadership

Manufacturing accounting experience required

Strong knowledge of financial reporting, budgeting, cost accounting, SAP, and Microsoft Office

Excellent analytical, communication, and organizational skills
