Accounting Manager

You will work on-site Monday through Friday, with your choice of a 7 am – 4 pm or 8 am – 5 pm shift. Your schedule is consistent, so you can count on dependable hours each week.

YOUR CONTRIBUTIONS MATTER

As an Accounting Manager, you will lead the financial team and provide daily coaching and support. You will foster a culture of accountability, professionalism, teamwork, and continuous improvement. Daily, you will oversee financial operations, ensuring both accuracy and integrity in financial records. You will manage the month-end and year-end close processes and review journal entries, reconciliations, and general ledger activity. Every day, you will be at the center of our function, driving high standards and supporting your team's growth.

WHAT'S REQUIRED?

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field
• 5+ years of progressive accounting experience
• Experience leading or supervising an accounting team
• CPA designation (preferred)
