About the Role:
Dashing Diva is seeking an Accounting Manager who oversees the company’s accounting operations and financial reporting, manages daily accounting activities, and leads the month-end and year-end closing processes. This role is responsible for ensuring the accuracy of financial statements, and supervising accounting staff.
What You Will Do:

Manage daily accounting operations, including Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, General Ledger, and cash management.
Lead monthly, quarterly, and year-end closing processes.
Prepare and review financial statements and management reports.
Perform and review monthly account reconciliations.
Maintain accurate accounting records in accordance with GAAP and company policies.
Coordinate annual audits and work with external auditors.
Develop and maintain effective internal controls and accounting procedures.
Identify opportunities to improve accounting processes and operational efficiency.
Supervise, train, and support accounting team members.
Monitor and analyze financial results, including budget-to-actual variances.
Partner with senior management to provide financial analysis and recommendations.
Ensure timely completion of tax filings and other financial reporting requirements.
Manage cash flow and assist with budgeting and forecasting.
Perform other accounting and financial duties as assigned.

What We’re Looking For:

Bilingual in English and Korean preferred
8+ years of progressive accounting experience.
Previous accounting supervisory or management experience preferred.
Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP and financial reporting.
Experience with accounting software or ERP systems.
Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
CPA certification is preferred but not required.

Compensation Range:$80,000 - $90,000 yearly
