The Opportunity

We are looking for an experienced Accounting Manager to oversee a portfolio of client accounts while leading and developing a team of accounting professionals. This role combines hands-on accounting, client management, and team leadership across multiple industries.

What You'll Do

Manage accounting services for multiple client accounts

Review financial statements, reconciliations, journal entries, and month-end close

Serve as primary contact for assigned clients

Lead, mentor, and support accounting staff

Ensure deadlines and deliverables are met accurately

Identify and help resolve accounting and process issues

Improved accounting processes and workflows

What We're Looking For

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field

CPA preferred but not required

8+ years of accounting experience

Prior supervisory or management experience

Public accounting or client accounting experience preferred

Strong QuickBooks and Excel skills

Strong communication and problem-solving skills

Compensation and Benefits

$105,000-$135,000 annually, based on experience
