Job Summary:

The Accounting Manager will oversee the daily activity and monthly reporting for property management and real estate operating entities. This key accounting role is responsible for effectively managing a team of staff and senior accountants. This includes delegating workloads while inspiring, motivating and assisting team members to ensure accurate and timely financials. In addition, the property accounting manager will work closely with the property management team to create standard operating procedures which ensure transactions are recorded in a consistent and efficient manner.
