Position Overview:

Supervises Business Office/Accounting personnel and general operations. Assists the Finance Director in the financial management of the Club. This position requires administrative, customer service, and communication skills.

 Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Supervisory Responsibilities:

Provides direct supervision for Accounting and Business Office staff in coordination with, and in the absence of, the Director of Finance. Provides corrective action for staff when needed in accordance with club policies and procedures.

Make decisions regarding budget control and budget management, how expenditures are administered and has signature of authority for purchasing.

Financial and personnel information.

Level of Decision-Making Authority:

Develops policies and procedures for the pool. Makes hiring and discipline decisions regarding the accounting staff.

Equipment Used or Operated:

Personal computer and computer software, telephone, business machines, such as copiers, scanners, and other electronic devices.
