About the position
As our Accounting Manager, you will play a key leadership role in maintaining the financial health and integrity of the organization. In our lean accounting team, this position offers the unique opportunity to engage across the full accounting cycle—from payroll and reconciliations to financial reporting and analysis.

You will lead core financial processes including payroll administration, month-end close, account reconciliations, and performance analysis. Your attention to detail and commitment to accuracy will be essential in strengthening internal controls, improving reporting reliability, and ensuring compliance with established policies.

This role goes beyond traditional accounting management—you will partner across departments to provide actionable financial insights that support strategic decision-making and organizational success. You will also oversee Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable functions, guiding coordinators to ensure efficiency, accuracy, and accountability in all transactions.

Additionally, you will take an active role in enhancing our financial systems and processes—identifying opportunities for improvement, resolving system challenges, and implementing solutions that increase efficiency and clarity. By tracking key performance indicators, analyzing discrepancies, and recommending improvements, you will help foster a culture of financial transparency and continuous improvement throughout the organization.
