Position Purpose:

This position is responsible for establishing and maintaining effective policies and procedures in the areas of Accounting including but not limited to Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable.  The person in this position manages the AP and AR accounting operations and is critical to the integrity of transactional accounting data.  This position is deeply involved in business systems development and improvement and ensures that systems are adequate to support the transactional and operational accounting needs of the business. This person works to build teamwork across boundaries, is a critical resource cross functionally to achieving long term strategies and is responsible for organizational performance. This person focuses cross functionally on the accounting implications between new interfaces and the ERP system and is responsible for ensuring adequate training documents exist for the Finance function for the ERP system.  This person also works cross brand to ensure combined financial related projects meet business strategies.

This is a hybrid role that requires three days per week in our Stratham, NH corporate office.

Compensation Range: $99,000.00-$128,000.00

Lindt USA’s salary range reflects market rates based on our size, revenue, and location. Starting pay is determined using a wide range of factors including, but not limited to, job-related skills, knowledge, and experience as well as market conditions. A bonus and/or long-term incentive may be included as part of this compensation package.
