We assist governments, non-profit organizations, commercial firms, and humanitarian agencies in achieving their public health objectives through cost-saving procurement, efficient logistics, pharma-grade storage, last-mile delivery solutions, and real-time data tracking. Overall responsibilities

The Accounting Lead is responsible for providing direction and support to the accounting unit processes. The Accounting Lead is expected to manage the monthly close process including journal entries, reviews, and reconciliations of general ledger accounts. The Lead is also responsible for providing detailed analysis and reporting of expenses to the Finance/Accounting and other PFSCM Units. The Accounting Lead is expected to identify continuous improvement opportunities and direct and manage accounting administration within the Finance & Accounting Team. The Lead is responsible for team performance on key performance indicators and staff management, development, support, and coaching of Staff Accountants and accounting-related positions.
